You are your biggest problem

Joyce Meyer once said, “You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind.” You are your biggest problem…well technically your thoughts are. Our thoughts can keep us stagnant and miserable. Is that what you want for your life?

That’s not what I want for mine! Every day is a fight between what we need to do and how we feel. And let’s be honest, we never feel like doing what’s right. Whether it’s working out, pursuing our dreams, eating right or whatever it may be, it’s easier to do what’s comfortable. Unfortunately, comfortable gets us the same ole thing. Absolutely nothing.

So can we commit to changing our thoughts today? Let’s commit to strengthening our minds to work for us and not against us. The more we deny the wrong things, the stronger we will become, and we’ll move from being our biggest problem to our greatest supporter. Remember, your life reflects your thoughts. If you change your thinking, you can change your life.
