Which essential oils are best for you?

Are you wondering about the benefits essential oils (EOs) can provide for you? Curious to find out which oils are best for your body? Well, you are in the right place.

The first thing you should know is that each essential oil has multiple purposes. That is what makes them so great.

Let’s take Lemon, for example:

  • Diffuse to provide support for your Immune system
  • Add to baking soda to freshen your carpet
  • Soak your dishcloth/sponge in a bowl of water with two drops of lemon overnight to disinfect and kill germs.

…and this is just to name a few of the many advantages. Since all EOs are chemically diverse, each one can provide multiple benefits.

If you’re new to EOs and you aren’t sure where to start, one of the best ways to experience the power they have to support your wellness is to diffuse them. Tests have shown that EOs reach the heart, liver, and thyroid in three seconds when inhaled. Yes, you read me right, THREE SECONDS.
