Let’s get right to it. Hemp Oil comes from cold-pressed hemp seeds. This unrefined oil is nutrient rich in Omegas 3 and 6, amino acids, fatty acids, and more. Some would even consider it necessary for optimal health.
Hemp Oil is generally grouped with cannabis, however, when hemp seeds are pressed, the tetrahydrocannabinol is removed. This means Hemp Oil can be consumed orally and topically with no harmful effects.
For skin, the oil is a noncomedogenic moisturizer for those with oily or dry skin and is not known to cause allergic reactions. For hair, it’s known to condition and strengthen tresses. Hemp Oil is also great for flavorful recipes with its nutty taste.
I’m not oppose to Hemp Oil and it definitely has some awesome benefits. What’s your take on it?
