Raw-ish Chili for the WIN!

Yup, we are still at it and this time I made Chili. Raw-ish Chili and it’s BOMB! It’s funny, I’ve been finding so many traditionally-cooked recipes that I now enjoy fresh and raw. It’s a great feeling and I hope you enjoy this Chili as much as I do!

Why raw-ish? Well, I used cooked beans and yes, I tried to sprout them but was unsuccessful. I will have to try that again another day. But the beans are optional–your choice. Here’s the recipe.

Raw-ish Chili

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: nada | Servings: 4

  • 1 cup of grape tomatoes
  • 1/8 cup of carrots
  • ¾ cup of yellow corn
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 garlic bulbs
  • ½ cup of Green peppers
  • 1/8 cup of red onions
  • Chili seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: ½ cup of black beans
  • Pasta sauce
  1. Dice all vegetables
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Serve.
