Sit in a hot bath of 1 cup of Epsom salt, a ½ cup of baking soda, 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, and 3 drops of Lemon Essential Oil for at least 20 minutes. This combo will draw out toxins, lower hormonal stress, balance pH levels, and ease muscle tension. If you have sensitive skin and feel the Lavender Essential Oil might be too much, try just five drops or remove it altogether, but it is known to calm skin irritations. You can also add some Lavender buds to make it look cute!
For an extra touch, add a relaxing aromatherapy diffuser blend of 5 drops of Lavender, 5 drops of Orange, and 2 drops of Frankincense Essential Oils.
Then finally, set your music to something relaxing that you can vibe to.
