One of the easiest things in the world to make is bath salt. It only takes a few minutes to mix up a recipe that will serenade your body with the benefits. So, next time you need a relaxing bath or some “ME” time, try a soothing bath salt mixture. Your Zen is just minutes away!

Dried Flowers
Flowers, dried or fresh, make you feel better! Add a few dried petals to your bath. The petals may tint your water but are always a pleasant addition.

*Note: Only add a few petals to avoid mushy flowers in your bath.

Frankincense Essential Oil

Bath Salts

Mix Time: 3 minutes | Servings: 2

  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • ½ cup Sea salt
  • 20-30 drops of Essential Oils
  • A few dried petals
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a container, such as a small canning mason jar.
  3. When ready, add half to your relaxation bath.
